It would mean changing:
* the footprint file format
* the pcb file format
* the element internal structure
* anything that moves/rotates elements
* anything that calculates element

Is there a way to put some silk screen text on one the component side
and some on the solder side?
TAB to flip the board over, then add text.
It could be done manually when in layout, but would be nice to do it at
footprint definition stage.
