i wrote autoplace off as a bug until i found the disperse elements
function. all it did for me was short all my nets together and lay
all the parts overlapping in about a 1 inch square in a seemingly
random fashion. all this in just over 1 minute of computing time?

Does anyone find "autoplace selected elements" useful? It gives me
