got it fixed sometiem back, actually had set the
$_CONF['path_html'] to the public_html dir. under
c:\geeklog.*\...

Please check the permissions on the userphotos and articles directories
in public_html/images. They should be 775, i.e. the webserver must have
write access on those directories. However if your webserver runs as
nobody, then the permissions must be 777.
