Hi, Steve,
I have not contacted with them yet but I will do soon.
In fact, I did not found the M5 interface file on their website (they
provided interface file for GEMS and alphasim, however). But, I need the
integration as soon as possible, so I tried myself.
I think they should provide patches
Hi Yungang,
Thanks for the patch. Have you corresponded with any of the DRAMSim
developers about this? Prof. Bruce Jacob told me a while ago that they had
already integrated DRAMSim into M5, but hadn't gotten around to sending us
the code. I don't know if their integration has any more features
Hi All,
I have integrated DRAMSim into M5.
Please follow these steps:
1. download DRAMSim1.0 at http://www.ece.umd.edu/DRAMsim/, and extract at
m5-stable/ext/DRAMSim
2. modifiy some files of DRAMSim, such as mem-interface.[h/c] etc.
3. make DRAMSim and use ar to generate a static libDRAMSim.a
4.
