Hi All,
I want to do broadcast and multicast traffics in the Garnet for different
topologies like Mesh, Crossbar, and Pt2Pt. Does anybody have an idea, how I can
do it? Does Garnet support broadcast and multicast traffic?
Thanks,

I am simulating a 4x4 Mesh_XY (16 nodes) with neighbor traffic pattern and
following parameters:
--cacheline_size=512 --sim-cycles=100 --sys-clock=1GHz --injectionrate=1.0
--ruby-clock=1GHz --inj-vnet=2 --routing-algorithm=1 --link-width-bits=256
--link-latency=1 --router-latency=1 --vcs-p
Thank you Srikant, I am doing the same. I was curious to see that is there
another way to reporting bandwidth in the "stats.txt" file.

Hi All,
I have a question about reporting the aggregate bandwidth for a given NoC
topology in Garnet. For example, let's assume we are simulating a 4x4 Mesh_XY,
how can we obtain the aggregate bandwidth? I don't see any statistics for
network bandwidth in the "stats.txt" file.
Thanks

Hi Tushar,
Yes, I want to run the garnet in a standalone manner. It would be great if you
could share the patch with me. I really appreciate it.
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi All,
I want to simulate a topology in Garnet with a large number of nodes (e.g. 256
to 1024). However, for a large number of nodes like 512 nodes, I get this error:

Hi Srikant,
Thank you so much for your help.
Could you please give me more details on how configuring virtual network
exclusive links? How I can create separate links for performing circuit
switching links?
Should I do these things in a python script where the topology is defined? and
how?
I am trying to model circuit switching networks in Garnet. Does anybody have a
recommendation on how to do it in Garnet?
I have worked on Router, SwitchAllocator, and CrossbarSwitch codes as well as
other modules. I have tried to modify them to implement a sort of broadcasting
from one router(
Hi Everyone,
Has anybody ever done circuit switching-based NoC modeling in Garnet? I
appreciate your help or comment on this.
Thanks,
