Hello,
Does anyone know why this command does not work inside gem5 full-system
mode?
echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu7/online
I'm running an ARMv8 eight core full-system simulation and I would like to
switch off some of the cpus.
Kind regards,

I've used the kernel from http://www.gem5.org/ARM_Kernel
Which version should I use to avoid this issue?

I refer to the example power model script available for arm architecture:
" 2A per IPC, 3pA per cache miss "

Has anyone come across this issue before? Any help or suggestions could be
really helpful to start working on this single-core ARM environment.
