At a minimum I would expect SuSa and/or Arbcom to conduct some meaningful investigation if there was an allegation of a functionary's trustworthiness. Perhaps (and I'm only speculating here) Arbcom and SuSa were unable to find enough hard evidence to support the allegation which is why nothing was
