Guys, I've been hard at work for some time now on a social networking site geared toward the paranoid at heart. I'm a bit rushed and wish I had another couple of weeks, but tomorrow's the big launch day whether I like it or not. I know there will be problems, so I'm asking a huge favor: please beat on the site and let me know what problems you find.
I'll be working on it all night, trying to get the last few showstoppers fixed. I'm hoping to make a big splash around noon Tuesday, if at all possible. My main concern is getting all the latest changes tested and up ASAP, so as not to scare the general public. Until then, try not to cut yourself on the sharp edges. Thanks. The site is https://safegreet.com, and you all might be happy to read the about and help pages, as I've pretty much tried to put everything I've learned these last 14 years into the project, engineering- and security-wise. All criticism welcome. I won't burst into tears, trust me. Consider this the shortest and least-sane beta test in the history of the intarweb. I know for a fact that the group create and group manage functions are kabusted. Those pages should be fixed by morning. I'll probably blow away all the posts and comments at noon. Your account should remain intact. Feel free to whine if it doesn't. Again, many thanks for your help. -- Joey Kelly Minister of the Gospel and Linux Consultant http://joeykelly.net 504-239-6550 _______________________________________________ General mailing list General@brlug.net http://brlug.net/mailman/listinfo/general_brlug.net
