Can you do a standalone non browser request to the endpoint ?
What kind of "REST APP" is this ? The ML REST endpoints themselves do not
generate Javascript so some page content must be fetching JavaScri

After making a change to a rest app to used a signed cert for SSL, I
get a spinning javascript wheel upon visiting the rest app in the browser.
