Should be fixed. Gump runs Maven in offline mode, but in the case of
plugins it currently uses the local repository, so I've added this
missing dep which belongs to the ear plugin to the local repository on
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The cargo build (http://tinyurl.com/bg2h2) is missing the following file:
commons-jelly-tags-util-20030211.141939.jar
This file is present on ibiblio:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/commons-jelly/jars/
Does it mean the local Maven install has no remote repo set up to prevent
downloads? If so,
