Hi all,
I have downloaded hadoop and configured it in my local system.I have
run the wordcount program with some files as dataset .It run
successfully but when I opened the browser to see GUI for
tasktracker and job tracker , it shows me the following error:
HTTP ERROR: 404
/jobtracker.js
Can you please share the URL that you typed. Also, may be the port is
blocked by the firewall, check the open ports on your system.

The URL I typed was http://localhost:50030/jobtracker.jsp and I'll check
for the open ports.

Other reasons can be hadoop jobtracker failed to start, check if namenode,
secondarynamenode, task tracker, job tracker are all up or not.

Hi,
The Jobtracker has failed to start so only I had that error.Now it is
working and I can view the GUI.
