Tuscany 1.1 build failure

I got a couple of failures when trying to build the Tuscany 1.1 source. The first time, I got an out of memory error from Java. I'm assuming this was due to the hundreds of jar and digest files that were downloaded (at least 760 jar+digest), as the error did not occur the second time. Possibly th
