Hi Lewis,
Thank you for your reply. Interested in what the Gora team would think of a
project like MetaModel.
I'm not an expert on Gora, but I did check out the project website and peeked
at the code. Looks like there might be some use-cases for MetaModel there. For
example, I see that you

Hi Dave,
Great! And indeed MetaModel does already make use of both Apache POI (for Excel
spreadsheets) and OpenOffice (although currently using a raw HSQLDB-based
approach to .odb files). So I think it sounds like you could be a really good
mentor for the project.
I will write a draft

There is still one open questions here, let me summarize it again:
OCAD[1] contributed files via JIRA[2] to the ASF,
Those files already had a license header (GPL) example: [3].
What is the correct way to handle that?
Replace license header with Apache license header and put some credits to

Hi Jukka,
The only question I had was about current status in terms of

but as said in the report, they've been expanding the committer base
nicely. Assuming diversity is not a concern for Syncope, I think

Hi Kevan,
in Jira there is a special checkbox when you attach files Grant rights of
files to the ASF. From what I understood that is sufficient if the author

However as our mentors on the dev list have clarified it is not.
