is a lack of ASF branding.
While it's clear in the text and from the domain that the project is an ASF
one, the subtitles "Forge software for hosting software projects" and "Brought

and was pretty sure I had been redirected to SourceForge. It look and
feel of that page looks like all of the other SourceForge projects like
the Open@Adobe sites I have visited. I would think that:

The project is Allura, which does power the developer tools at SourceForge,
and we're using an Allura instance on an Apache VM to "self-host" the
project. Since Allura is a project management platform, in the interests
of "eating our own dogfood," we obviously want to continue to use Allura

look? You are correct that the word SourceForge is not on the site, but I
thought branding included colors, icons, and layout and the goal is to
prevent confusion, and I was definitely confused, but it could just be me.

While not specifically incubator related, was wondering if someone at
the incubator may provide me some insight.
Right now, release votes cannot be veto'd. This seems like an
oversight IMHO. If a release candidate is visibly wrong (e.g. bad
licenses, or something else), surely the relea
I asked this same question not too long ago. The answer I got back was
that the PMC voters would have to vote -1 in order to execute their duties
as stewards of licenses and IP. Thus folks are not concerned that some
core of folks who don't care could somehow get the votes for such a bad
release.
The ASF banner has been moved to the top right header, and will apply to
all pages in the Project neighborhood. (Currently that should cover
everything except user pages, but this is a temporary work-around until we
can get a proper ASF theme started.)

It could just be an empty file, or it could contain a link to the
