Hello friends,
After receiving a positive response on the discussion thread, and even a
new Mentor (Luciano), I would like to call a VOTE to accept Myriad into the
Apache Incubator. I will end the vote after 7 days.

[ ] +1 Acce
I have updated the proposal to include Luciano as a Mentor, and marked it
as FINAL.
https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/MyriadProposal?action=recall&rev=7
I will open up a new thread for the VOTE.

Discussion has died down, and we had only positive feedback for the
proposal. Should we start a formal vote ?

All,
In the last incubator report, Sirona was marked as having an incomplete
report. I didn't see anything marked in the board report summary, so are
we thinking the report should be expected again or accepted as is?
Does the incubator have the concept of not accepting a podling's report?
