This is a call for a vote on Apache MRQL 0.9.6 incubating.
Apache MRQL is a query processing and optimization system for
large-scale, distributed data analysis, built on top of Apache Hadoop,
Hama, Spark, and Flink. This is our fourth release during Apache
Incubation. A vote was held on the
+1 (binding), carried over from the vote on the dev list.
- Verified signatures.
- Verified checksums.
- DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, and NOTICE look good.
- Full build and test run was clean.
- RAT check found no problems.
- No binary files found in the source distro.

+1 source release builds and checks out fine for me locally.
One tip, I'd recommend that the source distribution includes "apache-apex"
in the name to clarify that Malhar is a component of Apex.

- name contains incubating
- signatures and hashes correct
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE good
- All source file have Apache headers
- No unexpected binary files
- Can compile from source
