This is the first release candidate for Apache Pulsar, version

Hi John and Sebb, please take a look at the updated website and see if we

Also much thanks to Chan for responding to this quickly!

If I had to guess, the items missing are all in
https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#navigation - not sure if Sebb
sees something else missing.

Hey Sebb, thanks for pointing these out! I've gone ahead and removed old
releases (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIO-130). The remaining
issues will be addressed by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIO-131
soon.

Surprisingly, I agree with Sebb. The website
http://predictionio.apache.org/ is missing many branding requirements set
forth.

Forwarding my +1 (binding) from the PPMC vote
I think the issues with the website are not fatal to the vote and I am
confident will be addressed before it closes. I think it is also fine to
wait for them to be addressed before proceeding.

It looks like podlings don't always grok the requirements for ASF websites:
https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#navigation
etc
Nor are the download requirements always clearly understood.
ISTM that maybe the docs need to be updated to point to the
appropriate requirements.
The website looks nice, but does not meet some of the requirements:
https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#navigation
Also the download page should mention how to find the KEYS file and
how to use sigs and hashes to check downloads.
