Please stop trimming emails so much. Do you spend extra time just deleting
context? Makes for a lot of extra work. So manually cut/paste your

Good to know. When did that change? All of the policy documentation still
refers to a.o/dist.

HI,
BTW your download page [1] is missing the signatures and hashes for previous
releases. See [2]

Hi,
+1 (binding)
I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes fine
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
- No unexpected binary files
- All source files have ASF headers
- Can compile from source
BTW there not much point in including the KEYS file in the release.
Thanks,
HI,
+1 (binding) Please fix the year in the NOTICE file.
I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes are fine
- LICENSE is fine
- NOTICE year needs updating from 2018
- No unexpected binary fils
- All source files have ASF headers
- Can compile from source

Hi,
I’m assuming this is not an official IPMC vote as you haven’t finish voted on
it on your dev list yet. If this way I would be -1 on it as:
- the NOTICE looks like it contains licensing information which shod be in
LICENSE not NOTICE.
- You are not complying with the term of the W3C license
Thank you for your help!

As far as I know no.

Hi,
The podlings.xml file looks correct to me. I would guess the issue is that they
have not updated the DOAP file [1], it still notes the Incubator as being their
PMC.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi,
I’ve forwarded your request to priv...@apache.org as they will be able to deal
with it. Do note however that Infra’s current policy [1] generally doesn’t
allow for removal of emails like this.

Hi,
If anyone is interested here's is the (poorly written) python code I used to
check the download pages:
for page in downloadPages:
response = urllib.request.urlopen(page)
data = response.read()
soup = BeautifulSoup(data,'lxml')
print()
print("Checking " + page)
Hi,
I wrote a quick python script to check download pages and it’s found a number
fo issues which i have listed below. I’ve not double checked all the results so
there may be some false positives or it may of missed something.
Mentors can you please ask your podlings to fix these issues.
Hi,
From a quick look these podlings have made releases but don’t have a download
pages:
Annotator
Datasketches
DLab
Doris
Hivemall (download from front page)
MXNet
PageSpeed - only has pre apache downloads
Samoa - has direct link
Superset
TVM
Can you ask your podling to set up one up. [1][2]

I would like my name (Crishel Yumul) and designation on your website

privacy to the next level-- very serious. I stand corrected, I believe I
