Thanks for your suggestion. Actually, there has been a Maven release.
And I am sorry for not sharing the necessary information about the Maven
release (Celeborn client) for the Apache Celeborn.
The staging repo link is:

I checked:
- incubating in the release kit name
- The checksums and signatures are validated.
- The LICENSE and NOTICE files look good to me.
- There is a DISCLAIMER in the release kits
- No binary files in the source release kits
- I can build the source
BTW, there is no maven releas

- Download links are valid
- incubating word in name
- DISCLAIMER file exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE files seem oK
