INFRA team are happy to remove errant tags on the rare occasion that they are
added by mistake.
I'm not sure if the tags are immutable by default. You can add the your
.asf.yaml file to make them immutable (but INFRA team are still able to remove
them, if asked).

protects tags beginning with `v`)
