Folks,
As of now, all current podlings (as defined in
http://incubator.apache.org/podlings.xml) have been listed in DNS as if
they were already TLPs. i.e. groovy.apache.org now exists.
This was done as a result of improving the internal mail handling with
the ASF, it highlighted an issue

I have create a room for Geode, which also has this URL for access -
http://s.apache.org/geodechat - so now you can be as cool as Infra :)
As David says below, unless we create accounts for folks, they will appear in
the guests column - which has a few limitations; the biggest of which
: general-h...@incubator.apache.org

As part of rolling out the new backup server for the infra team, I have
discovered that several podling sites are extremely large.
Namely:
119M/x1/www/incubator.apache.org/activemq
324M/x1/www/incubator.apache.org/cxf
102M/x1/www/incubator.apache.org/directory
166M

Is the prefereed method of handling these, moving them to
archive.a.o/incubator.a.o/($podling)/ ?? Or is there an alternate location?
