I think the NOTICE & DISCLAIMER are not fully complete (missing Weex
name for instance), it should be updated for the next release.
Else:
- legal files are there
- headers are there
- signatures are OK and verified

Notice: During podling stage, we are assigned apache email, it would be better
if we could use the apache email to signature the src release.

- source file have ASF headers
- No unexpected binary files
