+1 binding * license/notice/disclaimer are ok * incubating in name * most files have source headers - for future releases, it would be good to review if the source headers can be added to some of the config files and scripts * no compiled binaries - there are a few gzipped binaries used in tests

Hi folks, I have posted release candidate for the Apache StormCrawler (Incubating) 3.0 release and it is ready for testing. This is our first release after joining the ASF incubator as a poddling. It is a breaking change with renamings in the group ids and the removal of the elasticsearch
