From the connectors-dev thread we have three binding IPMC +1's. There
were no -1's. 72 hours have elapsed. So it looks like the vote
passes!
What are the next steps in getting the resolution added to the board
agenda for May?

no
May agenda file as of yet (from when I last looked).
Then, someone with the sufficient karma should be able to commit it to the
agenda for you (I'll do so if no one else beats me to it).
