- no unexpected binary files
- all ASF source files have correct headers

However, IMHO, the NOTICE file is not correct: it just mentions ASF
included software, but actually, as it's the same NOTICE used for binary
and source, it should mention other third parties like scala, slf4j,
scopt, jetty, liftweb.
