- LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER files: ok
- Apache header: ok
- No binary files in the source code release.
- run `mvn package -DskipTests`: ok

- DISCLAIMER,LICENSE and NOTICE files exist.
- All source files have ASF license header if necessary.

Thanks for the reminder, we have deleted the KEYS file in the dev repo, and
also adds a "wget" reminder before validation and source compilation. (it will
be replaced with `curl` or
any better way in next release)

Hi, +1 (binding), one nit, you don't need a KEYS files in
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/hugegraph
because you already have one in
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/hugegraph/ , keep all your
KEYS
in dist/release/incubator/hugegraph and remove the one in
