The most important now is to cut a 0.6.1-incubating release fixing some
legal files identified by Seb.
I will tackle that later this week.

Personally, from reading through Kalumet's status and looking at their
mailing lists, no I don't think they're quite ready to graduate.
- Long time since last release.
- Currently had many issues with packaging files in next release.
- It looks like it's mostly a 1-2 man show.

JSPWiki has lost a massive amount of steam in the last year or so due to
committers lives interfering with contributions. No known cure exists for life,
unfortunately.
Simply put, I don't think anyone has the capacity right now to do the
