No, the URL I referred to would only apply to *non-current* podlings.

The graduated podling list does not make it easy to find the new home
of a project.
One has to click on the status page link and hope that the status page
has been updated with the new TLP details.
For example, Abdera does not show the new URL; ActiveMQ does.
