Noticed two pending(?) changes when I built the site.
* Velocity folks: downloads_velocity-engine.html and
downloads_velocity-tools.html are generated but not in repository.
* Ortwin: Your blurb on the whoweare page is out of sync in xdocs / docs.

I think that may be a by-product of the way the velocity section

I didn't rebuild the site because I am not in a hurry. I am fine when
the change gets online with the next build (yours) :-)
