change the localrepostiry to~/.m2/repository1
rm -rf rc1
unzip rc-1
mvn clean install -> FAILED

can you tell me how to reproduce this behaviour - I am really clueless.
I have no idea what triggeres it and I cannot see it locally on my machine.
