I see some administration issues with 2. Codes for pushing m2 artifacts and some
similar things have to be configured in the .settings file on the build server.
Is there always someone available to add additional builds or configure the .m2
in case of change? Otherwise these are quite seldom config

it seems that the new servers come with 4GB RAM at half the cost of
the current machine for running Hudson (which has 1GB RAM).
Now, I cannot "downgrade" that server, so we would have to
decommission that server and get a new, cheaper one. There are two
possibilities.
