In the meantime, I was contacted by 3 other people which hit the same issue.
Until now, we didn't find the solution for it. Our workaround is to add our
Layout class into the 'OPS4J Pax Logging - Service' bundle... :-(
I just downloaded ServiceMix 4.4 (Fuse distribution) and will try it
