What do you mean by "loading"?
I also had the same problem.
Did you charge the battery with the power cable?
Micro USB does not help when the battery is fully discharged.

Hi,
I've a tizen developer sample (phone). In the beginning it was working
nice. But after not using it for two or three weeks it doesn't power on
again. Even loading for hours doesn't work.
Is there a known problem with the battery loader? Should I load the
battery outside the phone if complete
