I've flashed new tizen (2.0.0 Tizen_Ref.Device-210_20130220) on
ref.device-210. I can connect to device with sdb, but ethernet over usb
doesn't work anymore. It worked on previous versions of Tizen. USB
debugging is on. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?

I tried with specifying http to the repo, but still https is used to access to
the build.xml file:

Could you try to change from https to http and see if it will be helpful?
