Tizen is not community-port friendly for mobile devices.
If you want a Tizen phone then you will need to buy a Z1 or Z3.
If you want to get a mobile Linux on an existing device you are better off
looking at Ubuntu Phone or Sailfish OS, both of which have community ports

Sailfish OS is *very much* a hackers OS, which you can run terminal on,
