that stick has a PC structure and Linux support is already announced, so
if you want to get Tizen running on it it will be possible.
It might requires some minor adaptations but that's all.
As usual, if we have non open source drivers it would create some
challenges but it seems that

NaCl is a feature from Chromium and so cannot be available under 2.x
which uses WebKit.
Furthermore, currently Crosswalk has NaCl option deactivated.
If I remember well, is was linked to issue in supporting some ARM arch
while it was not in scope for Tizen 3.0
