Samsung Remote Test Lab (RTL) provides several Tizen devices for
testing. There is even a server in India. It is a free service and I
highly recommend you to try it out:

I was trying to update my tizen from 2.2 to 2.2.1 on RD-PQ reference device
but I accidentally pressed Recovery 2nd bootloader from Internal Storage in
RECOVERY mode.
The device does not boot now.
I can't go to download menu (down+pwr) but I can go to RECOVERY
mode(up+down+pwr).

What do you mean by loading?
I also had the same problem.
Did you charge the battery with the power cable?
Micro USB does not help when the battery is fully discharged.
