I'm unable to check out sources from CVS using the information
provided in the docs. Has access parameters been changed
and not updated in the doc on the web page?

Guys, please put this at the top of INSTALL:
If you have downloaded the CVS source, change to the mnogosearch
directory and give the command
$ autoconf

Being totally unfamiliar with CVS, I keep reading HOWTOs and yet can't manage to check
out a current version (%#@*!). It would be very helpful if you'd put the exact cvs
command together with the CVS info on the main page.
