Unfortunately I am still having probs with this. I still get the same error message
as before
[libtool: link: cannot find the library `' ].
I even upgraded the libtool to 1.4 as required so I could perform the ./buildconf
which did

Try execute ./buildconf from php distribution after ext/mnogosearch upgrading and
reconfigure and recompile after.
