I've filed:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3073
Couple things I think still need discussing:
1) Do we want additional lists for commits and/or issues (JIRA notices) or do
we want said emails to just go to the dev list?
2) Do we want a notification list for Hudson notifications
No one has updated this since Axis moved out. I am trying to get a
working version of forrest for Java 1.6, and then I plan to make some
adjustments. I'll also deal with the new mailing lists.

Ideally pages like this [1] should be updated with noticeable events
of sub projects and I also believe it's much more easy to maintains
Confluence than Forrest.

be published to

Anyway, people can start improving the Confluence content starting
Right Now, and when we like it I can perform the switcharoo.

Hi Nadir,
There are some discussions on java-dev list about axis site redesign
[1] that also based on Confluence. Chanaka Jayasena already making
some progress on this and you may join with him or you can take your
own path. The best place to have your discussion is either axis
java-dev list or
