Midsummer - there couldn't be a better time for releasing a new version
of Genode. Among the highlights of version 12.08 are a new base platform
that enables the framework to run on bare ARM hardware without a
separate kernel, the largely reworked support for the NOVA hypervisor,
and comprehensive device drivers for OMAP4-based hardware platforms.

Quick overview of the changes that come with version 12.08:

  - lwIP updated to version 1.4.1-rc1
- New port of the lighttpd web server
