The problem is that my make.conf doesn't contains all these USE flags as
reported by emerge --info...I can't figure out where all the reported
mess came from...

downloaded the source code, compiled it, installed and modprobed. I have
rebooted the machine and now iwconfig show:
lono wireless extensions.
sit0 no wireless extensions.

there is an unmasked package called openoffice-bin. Does it mean that
OOo doesn't compile on amd64?
