Hi Brett,
Normally, as said by transgaming support and in the FAQs for cedega,
you can have issues running games from a non ext/reiserfs partition.

Hi,
Is anyone running cedega 5.0 and storing programs on a fat32 partition
in a 64 bit environment? I have it working fine on my Pentium-M laptop
with fat32, but for some reason I can not seem to get it working on my
amd64 box. Both systems are running 2.6.14-r6 gentoo sources and are
configured w
o run "cedega hl2.exe ...", it returns.

I run cedega with no problems, but I do use Nvidia's xorg driver
instead of x11drv, which I think is default for an un-configured x
server. Please post your xorg.conf and system specs so that we may
help you further.
