Hi all,
I would like to introduce a new USE_EXPAND variable for the about 80
different SANE backends to make it a bit easier than looking into the
source if you want to find possible backends and a bit harder to pick
invalid backend names. Any objections or questions?

as the subject says: media-tv/nxtvepg needs a maintainer.
You need
1) a bttv-style analog TV card (Hauppauge, for example) and of course
2) some analog tv input for it.
I have 1) and am lacking 2) since I moved a while ago. As you can see in
