[gentoo-dev] removal of vars from ebuild env

Fair warning, 

To anyone relying on the vars BUILD_PREFIX, BUILDDIR to be available 
in the ebuild env, they're going to be yanked down the line; right 
now, going by scans nobody relies on them- so... please keep it that 
way.
