[gentoo-user] selecting wm

ahoi. To cut it short I want a tool to select from wm’s.. command line tools so selectwm2 is not an option.. what to use? Since setting SESSION_MANAGER doesn’t wok from the last emerge –U world ;(

Ahoi.. I compiled gnome without errors.. then I see a hint to use SESSION_MANAGER variable, point it to metacity and tehn that will set def wm to gnome.. it worked fine.. until I issued an emerge sync emerge –U world.. Since then I couldn’t get gnome work.. and by a sudden twm is my def wm
