If I remember it right, the 1200A uses the same driver as 2400A, which is
a card I use right now in my gentoo box. It compiles as dpt_i2o kernel
module, and you might have to modprobe it in the installation phase.
Unfortunately, adaptec has not updated the module to fit the 2.6 kernel.
