I still have a gnome issue - on my laptop (toshiba s. 3000-214) I use acpi build as modules. The modules ac, battery are loaded on boot. The battstat applet (2.4.0) shows the correct battery status, but doesn't seem to recognize weather ac is pluged in or not. Any ides anybody? Thanks in advance...
