I had the same problem. If you have saved your past spam, you can feed it and your legitimate mail to SA's bayesian filter in order to teach SA what to consider spam and what not to. You need at least 200 spam messages and 200 ham (non-spam) messages to have SA activate the bayesian filter. After doing this, I never again got a false positive or negative (well, so far).
