[gentoo-user] Root shell doesn't source bashrc

On a root login and although root's shell is bash, the .bashrc file I created is not sourced. Is this a local config problem or a default system setting somewhere. Far as I know, when using bash it is supposed to look for .bash_profile/profile (in that order) and then .bashrc when invoked. -- ge
